I need to share with you this amazing dupe I have found! this is the Aldi Hot Cloth Cleaner, the dupe for the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser. The big difference between both cleansers is the price tag! Aldi version is £3.99 and Liz Earle’s is £28! so defiantly worth giving this ago the saving is amazing.
I have had the Liz Earle Cleanser before and after trying the Aldi version I don’t think I will be splashing the money on the Liz Earle cleanser again. The packaging for the Aldi cleanser is really nice and sophisticated clean looking, obviously, the packaging isn’t anything special but for the price, you don’t mind
. The packaging for the Liz Earle defiantly is a lot more luxury, they are both the same size 200ml and both come with a muslin cloth which is pretty amazing for the price of the Aldi cleanser. I feel the packaging is easier to use on the Aldi cleanser as there is less waste in the tube, this cleanser is also easier to cut open to get the last part out that gets stuck.
I thought you should also know with the Aldi Cleanser it is easier to squirt out more cleanser so don’t press too hard, the Liz Earle cleanser pumps out a lot less.
The hot cloth cleanser is a two-step product first apply the cleanser to your face, then heat the cloth in hot water and lay it over your face, this is the cleanser stage then use the muslin cloth to polish the cleanser off your face.
The Aldi Cleanser smells lovely! exactly the same smell as the Liz Earle this surprised me! I love the scent of this cleanser so refreshing. The scent is herby eucalyptus scent that the spas have, you can feel yourself relaxing and can imagine yourself in a lovely posh spa.
I no longer have the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser so I can’t show you the pictures to compare, I found this cleanser worked great on my dry skin which recently has turned very spotty like a teenager again! This cleanser is very refreshing and worked well on my dry areas.
My face seems a lot smoother and well moisturised, this is before applying my moisturiser. The cleanser is currently in stock in my local Aldi so I assume you can easily pick them up instore, I’m not sure how long for so if you like the cleanser I would recommend stocking up!
Have you tried the Aldi Hot Cloth Cleanser? Would you say this was a good dupe?
Lots Of Love,
