Jumpsuit Newlook // Sandals Newlook // Bracelet Pandora

Hi All!

I’m back again with the outfit fashion posts! I’m loving Newlook at the moment they are just bang on with all of the style trends!  And a brilliant price to match. I’m loving jumpsuits and playsuits lately, they are so girly and can be dressed up or down in so many different ways. I have styled this jumpsuit for a day time look but I recently wore this to an evening birthday party with a black clutch and high heels everyone loved the jumpsuit.

I like how the top of the jumpsuit is well fitted and has adjustable straps making the jumpsuit look fitted but also flattering, the bottom of the jumpsuit is more floaty and not tight fitting. This tropical palm leaf print is very in fashion at them moment, so I think this is a great piece to add to your wardrobe to get you in the trend this Summer. The jumpsuit retails at £22.99 Click Here from Newlook, which is a bargain for such a statement piece that you can wear in so many different ways, has a v neck front which I love, clinched waist, slim fit with shoe string straps.

The shoes are white chunky strap sandals which give this outfit a laid back edge feel, they complete the outfit but will also look great with so many different outfits this summer. Chunky sandals are definitely back in fashion this Summer I can honestly say these sandals are very comfy! They have 2 straps on so you can adjust how lose or tight fitted you would like them, they come in black or white. There open toe sandals with a chunky style sandal very comfy with the inside of the sandals being slightly padded, they have a cleated sole also giving you a little height. The chunky sandals retail at £19.99 Click Here also from Newlook. I would also say this outfit is perfect for all the Summer festivals I can see my self wearing this to Wireless festival. If you are looking for a festival outfit I would check out Newlook  Click Here to see the festival section!

*What do you think of this outfit? Do you shop at Newlook? What trends are you loving ?

Lots Of Love

Merry Hill SS15 Spring/Summer Event ❤

March 30, 2015

I recently added the Spring/Summer SS15 event at Intu Merry Hill, I thought would share with you a few photos from the evening and tell you all about the current trends that you will be seeing in the shops. I was greeted at the door by two ladies who made me feel welcome and a glass of Prosecco, there was  a catwalk and mannequins around the catwalk, Lola Royal was the presenter and the stylist for the evening, she was very chatty and made everyone feel comfortable and came round to chat to everyone about the evening, and also answered any questions we had about the Spring/Summer trends.

There were three models for the evening who beautifully strutted down the catwalk showcasing the latest trends from a few high street stores. Oasis was the first high street store and they didn’t disappoint it’s not a store I usually would shop in but I was in love with the whole outfit from there, I was loving Kimono’s last year and I’m glad they are back in this year, I need to stock up on some new Summer Kimono’s. I love the yellow vest I have tried on yellow clothing so many times but doesn’t seem to suit me, I’m not sure if this is because I’m blonde and have pale skin. The white skinny jeans are a big hit from me I don’t currently have a pair but this is definitely something I will be buying.

The second look was from Topshop which is a store I often go in, I always go in there and find something I love! I love this outfit and the blue skirt is now on my Wishlist. I was speaking to Tash who was at the event who also loved the skirt and had already seen the skirt in Topshop. I love the bomber jacket style I don’t currently have one, would like to find one that would look good on me as they seem easy to just throw on and still look great. The striped top and denim jacket is also now on my Wishlist they look great together, and I’m a big fan of stripes.

I also notice in the show there where alot of fringing which is set to be big this year! So I’m eager to find myself something with fringing on. I think the fringed necklace worked great! and would be a good staple to add to your wardrobe. Another big trend this year is sleeveless waistcoat something else I need to add to my wardrobe for this year. This outfit works so well with the fringed necklace, blue shirt and sleeveless waistcoat. The jungle is also a trend coming through this Summer, I love these shorts and can see they would work styled in so many different ways.

The next outfit is from River Island a store I’m loving at the moment! and popped into after the show had finished to pick up the top in this outfit. There is so much in there I’m lusting after at the moment, this was one of my favourite outfits of the evening, I love the shorts and the matching jacket co-ords have been in fashion for a while now. You could even just buy the jacket as I think this would look great with a pair of skinny jeans. Again there were jungle trousers and a yellow blazer that worked well together, Not a trend I could pull off as I would be far too short for the trousers to work.

Diffusion is a store I have never shopped in before,I think the outfits look great on the models but I don’t think I could make them work well on me. Diffusion stock designer brands, The jeans where a pale pink with pastel shirt and bright blue mac. They also had a sports luxe outfit with this splash printed top and trousers, I think they worked well together Lola said the top is very long and could also work as a dress.

Newlook is one of my favourite stores and where I buy alot of my clothes from, I always find them to have the latest trends at affordable prices. I’m in love with the floral dress and bright orange blazer think this outfit works great for the Summer, The jungle theme continued with the top and blazer, there was also a floral co-ord which looked great! I’m a big fan of floral clothing. The white chunky heels and skinny jeans work perfect with this outfit, The shoes also look very comfortable to wear which I often find with Newlook shoes.

Phase Eight is a store I haven’t shopped in before but have heard about recently, I wasn’t sure if the clothing would be for my age range but was surprised that I loved the whole outfit, the floral dress looked like it fitted well but was still flattering, The blue skinny jeans and mesh top is defiantly something I would usually wear. The last catwalk of the evening was from Warehouse where I used to shop in but haven’t been in a while, I was in love with this shirt dress! which was in navy with large jungle leaf, I also loved the mac! I have been after a mac for ages I think they look amazing.

Merry Hill Intu is one of my favourite places to shop, the free parking is a great bonus! the food court is amazing! and something for everyone me and my partner love it there. They also have baby changing facilities which is perfect when my little boy Dylan is with us. I have been to Merry Hills past events and have often blogged about shopping trips I have been on, they also have children’s push along cars which come in handy when trying to shop with a toddler. If you like any of the items featured or fancy a shopping trip I would pop down to Merry Hill.

Have you been to Merry Hill before? What is your favourite outfit? Is there any trends your loving for this Summer?

*The Images in this post are from the Merry Hill photographer on the evening.
